A culinary treat awaits visitors wishing to sample some of the many different & varied dishes from The Old Inn's Specials Board, which fills an entire wall in the Back Bar!

With its popular Pie of the Day, extensive selection of locally-caught Fish, plus appetising range of delicious & interesting Vegetarian dishes and some seriously-tasty Platters & Grills, the Specials Board changes daily and always has over 25 different options to choose from.

THE RESTAURANT & FUNCTION ROOM

The spacious and charming Restaurant and funtion room has stunning views out over Bodmin Moor and in the Summer, visitors can admire the view whilst enjoying pre-dinner drinks on the attractive decking which runs the length of the room.

With its comprehensive selection of freshly-prepared, homemade dishes, the menu has been designed to make the most of the amazing array of fresh local produce available daily, which includes Fish, Cornish Cheeses, Local Meat, Game & Poultry. An appetising & wholesome selection of Vegetarian dishes are also available and staff are always on hand to discuss any other special dietary requirements.

With an extensive list of around the world wines, The Restaurant also serves a selection of wines from local Cornish vineyards.

The Old Inn can cater for all your needs for dinner and dances, business meetings and special family occasions.

BAR FOOD

The Old Inn has two cosy bars to choose from with the Back room as games room for Pool and Darts.

In addition to the daily-changing Specials Board, a Bar Menu is available at lunchtime and in the evenings and includes the legendary Mini & Maxi Moorland Grills as well as sandwiches, jackets & salads plus a selection of Grill dishes such as local Cornish sausages, burgers and steaks.

In the Summer, visitors can enjoy their food al fresco from tables on the attractive decking and in the landscaped Beer Garden.

A range of tasty hot snacks are also served during the afternoon for anyone who's missed lunch, and you can always catch a heavenly Cornish Cream Tea or hot pannini!

CARVERY

The Old Inns hugely popular all day Sunday Carvery boasts a selection of 4 freshly cooked meats and the carvery table is constantly refreshed to ensure that the home-cooked food is always at its best.

Booking is recommended in the Restaurant, with 3 sittings, 12noon and 2pm and 6pm, seating in the bar area is on a first-come-first-served basis.
